Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
To restore service from non-payment disconnection, payment should be made in person. SERVICE WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY RESTORED IF PAID ONLINE.
Our system will only accept bank issued credit or debit cards.
The transaction fee for this service will be $2.00 effective Jan. 30, 2023
Returned checks must be paid for and picked up in the WPWA office. Cash only. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ONLINE.
ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE MADE WITH A UTILITY CLERK WHEN SCHEDULING PAYMENTS PAST THE DUE DATE. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS ARE NOT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS & WILL NOT PREVENT DISCONNECTION.
2026 Holiday closings for the WPWA office will be JAN 1st, JAN 19th, FEB 16th,APRIL 3rd, MAY 25th, JUNE 19th, JULY 3rd, SEPT 7th, OCT 12th, NOV 11th, 26th & 27th, DEC 24th & 25th.
